We are back with another segment of best songs of the week with Trending Tunes. In case you were having bad Sunday, this list of songs is sure to heal your bad mood. Just turn the volume up and zone out on the awesomeness of these 5 songs.

Dhaakad (Dangal)

Dangal is without a doubt the most awaited film of 2016. The movie is about Mahavir Phogat, played by Aamir Khan, who trains his daughters in the sport of wrestling. The new song Dhaakad is all about girls kicking ass. Pritam steps in as music producer and does a fantastic job. Dhaakad creates a perfect aura for the wrestling scenes. And Raftaar’s rap helps a lot. Amitabh Bhattacharya and his pen need no introduction. He does a great job with the lyrics once again.

Ae Zindagi Gale Laga Le (Dear Zindagi)

Dear Zindagi has opened to positive response. One of the best songs in the film’s soundtrack is the rehash of the old song Ae Zindagi Gale Laga Le. It doesn’t happen everyday that the new twist to an old song turns out just right. Ae Zindagi Gale Laga Le Take 1 is the exception. Bedazzled with Arijit Singh’s voice and Gulzar’s lyrics the song does full justice to ILAIYARAAJA’s original composition.

Khulke Dhulke (Befikre)

Did you really that an Aditya Chopra film will not have a Punjabi wedding song? Befikre released its latest song Khulke Dhulke which is an out an out dance number. It will sure become a hit at the weddings. Vishal Shekhar music brilliance perfectly captures the befikre mood of the film with their songs. You will find yourself tapping your foot to the song while listening to it. Ranveer Singh looks dapper and Vaani Kapoor looks pretty in the video.

Cutipie (Ae Dil Hai Mushkil)

Banno Tashan Tera…the song is still on everyone’s lips. The fun dance number composed by Pritam brings a new twist in the film’s narrative. Can you get the visuals of Fawad Khan dancing at his wedding in the film out of your mind? We neither. While a music video for the song was released to throw audience off the map, the real video plays in the movie.

Love You Zindagi (Dear Zindagi)

This slice of life song perfectly captures the emotions of the entire movie. When was the last time you danced your heart out? This song is a good opportunity. Amit Trivedi’s composition tingles your heart, and Jasleen’s voice soothes your soul.

Nashe Si Chadh Gayi (Befikre)

We can’t be the only one tripping on this awesome song by Vishal Shekhar. The song has Nashe Si Chadh Gayi on us. Ranveer and Vaani sway in the song to the voice of Arijit Singh, and lyrics by Jaideep Sahni. A Perfect team comes together for a perfect combo. Trust us, play this song on a long drive…you will fall more in love with it.
