Rana Daggubati and Taapsee Pannu‘s The Ghazi Attack has had a decent run at the box office since it released on February 17. The movie has been raking in the moolah steadily and on day 9, it saw a slight growth once again. The Ghazi Attack raked in another Rs 2.75 crore through all the three versions (Hindi, Telugu, Tamil) to take its total to Rs 32.40 crore at the box office. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh revealed about the detailed collections, when he tweeted, “#TheGhaziAttack – ALL VERSIONS – Week 2: Fri 2.40 cr, Sat 2.75 cr. Total: Rs 32.40 cr.”

While the Telugu version has been performing well, the Hindi version is not doing so well. Through the Hindi version The Ghazi Attack has managed to earn only Rs 13.80 crore in 9 days. As Taran revealed through his tweet, “#TheGhaziAttack maintains the consistency… [Week 2] Fri 90 lakhs, Sat 1.05 cr. Total: Rs 13.80 cr. Note: Hindi version.” The Ghazi Attack’s average run at the box office is mainly coz of the low buzz around the movie and the dominance of Akshay Kumar‘s Jolly LLB 2. In fact, even though people have been praising the movie on social media, The Ghazi Attack hasn’t enjoyed such a strong word of mouth publicity. And now that Shahid Kapoor, Kangana Ranaut and Saif Ali Khan’s Rangoon has hit the screens and taken up more than 1800 screens, The Ghazi Attack will see a decline at the box office, at least the Hindi versions of the movie will be hit. Its performance on Monday will now determine if the film will sustain throughout the next week or not. In its lifetime run, we expect the movie to rake in Rs 40-45 crore at the box office.
