Last week, Suriya’s Singam 3 was to hit theatres on Republic Day, but considering the unrest situation in Tamil Nadu, the movie was postponed for the third time. Singam 3 is third installment of the cop drama. The movie stars Anushka Shetty, and Shruti Haasan among others. Tv star Thakur Anoop Singh will debut in Tamil cinema with this film. Adhey Kangal immediately took advantage of this and came out as a solo release on 26th January. What’s more, this solo release slot has worked in the favour of this small movie big time. While Singam 3 will now release only next week on February 9, we have two other movies to look forward to this week – a Malayalam movie – Fukri and Telugu film – Bogan.

Fukri

Director: Siddique

Star cast: Jayasurya

Synopsis: Reportedly, Jayasurya will play luck, an engineering drop out, who happens to suffer from Kleptomania ( the urge to steal things). But he’s the kind who returns stolen things to their rightful owners. The movie is about what happens when he meet three particular people in his life.

Why should you watch it: When Jayasurya is part of a film, you can expect it to be laughter riot. And then there’s the talented Siddique, who is playing the title role. So let’s see what he surprises us with this time.

Bogan

Director: Lakshman

Star Cast: Hansika, Arvind Swamy, Jayam Ravi

Synopsis: This movie reportedly based on Nicholas Cage’s Face-off.

Why should you watch it: Well, this movie stars Jayam Ravi and Arvind Swamy whose bromance has got fans talking ever since the teaser, trailer have been out. And we have the smoking hot Hansika too! The movie seems to be an intriguing mix  of action, comedy and drama. We can’t wait to find out what this trio has in store for us.
