After Half Girlfriend hits the theaters, Shraddha Kapoor will be then seen in Haseena. The semi-biopic is based on Dawood Ibrahim’s sister Haseena Parkar and the actress is playing the titular role. The crime drama already has everyone talking about it. When the first look of Shraddha as Haseena was released, fans went berserk. We have never her seen in an avatar like that before. She looked menacing, as contrary to her bubbly and chirpy on screen image. Well, the actress took to Twitter to share yet another look from the film and we are once again stunned. This time because we can see her transformation right there in one frame.
Shraddha took to Twitter to share her look as the young Haseena. And right next to it was her look as older Haseena. The transformation of the actress in the film is breathtaking. She did not go as far as Aamir Khan and Salman Khan to actually go under physical transformation. But use of prosthetics is not an easy road either. “Younger & older.Thank you @ApoorvaLakhia for giving me the opportunity to play this character & for holding my hand through out. #HASEENA (sic)” she wrote, along with the pic.

We can’t wait to see how Shraddha manages to pull off this challenging and gritty role. For those who don;t know, Haseena was the sister of India’s most wanted fugitive – Dawood Ibrahim. Though Parker passed away a couple of years back, she used to be an integral part in keeping his dealings in India going till she was alive.
The actress has said that it was challenging for her to do Haseena and Half Girlfriend at the same time. “Haseena and Riya Somani in ‘Half Girlfriend’ are two very different characters. Since I was simultaneously working on both the films, it was definitely challenging in its own way to juggle back and forth from both the characters and to get in and out of two worlds,” Shraddha said.
Shraddha Kapoor’s Haseena: The Queen of Mumbai is slated to release on July 14. It will be at war with quite a few releases at that time. Also slated to release on that date are Sridevi’s Mom, Saif Ali Khan’s Chef, and Ranbir Kapoor-Katrina Kaif’s Jagga Jasoos.
