The week was a busy one for Bollywood. It saw the launch of the posters of Salman Khan’s Tubelight, trailer of Raabta, Deepika getting trolled and the news of biggest

Tubelight posters

Wearing a blue and white checkered shirt with a brown, rustic sweater on top of it, Salman is seen striking a salute in the picture. We even see him carrying two boots on his shoulders. However, it is his cute yet mischievous look that stole our hearts. But wait, there’s more to the poster. In the bottom half, we get a glimpse of the war sequences too. And if it is anything to go by, then we can say it is going to be a really eye-catching movie. In fact, if you look closer, you will even spot Sohail Khan in the middle of the war, carrying a missile launcher of some sorts. The tag line – “Kya tumhe yakeen hai?” is also repeated in this poster, making us wonder what exactly is the secret behind it. However, one thing that stood out was the mention of Salman’s mother on the poster. Yes, Salma Khan’s name has been added to it as a co-producer of the film. Check out the posters here.

Trailer of Raabta

Sushant plays Shiv in the film while Kriti is Saira. Their chemistry is very evident. They look really cute together and that kiss underwater is going to be etched in everyone’s memories for a long time. The first half of the trailer is all about this cute romance but it only gets interesting in the second half when the reincarnation plot is revealed. Somewhere it will give you the feel of Magadheera while the tribe in the previous life of these two will remind you of the ones that Baahubali fought in the first film. But without going into the details of all that, we would like you to watch the trailer right now. Check out the trailer here.

Deepika gets trolled for Coke Ad

a commercial of Deepika Padukone, having a gala time in an elevator with a housekeeping staff while gulping down an aerated drink, went viral. The actress and the guy in the video had a great time dancing when their lift suddenly comes to a halt. Now, the brand is not new to India. Many celebs have endorsed it. Shah Rukh Khan had promoted a rival brand for years too. But all of a sudden, trollers on social media felt that Deepika should be responsible enough to not glorify the drink that has been vilified for its contents. Check out the tweets here.

2.0 avoids clash with Golmaal Again

During Diwali 2017, three movies were supposed to clash at the box office – Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar’s 2.0, Ajay Devgn – Rohit Shetty’s Golmaal Again and Aamir Khan’s Secret Superstar. However, the biggie has backed out of the clash, as 2.0 will not release on Diwali this year. Instead, it will release on January 25, 2018, which means disappointment to all Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar fans who want to catch the mega-budget movie this year itself.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh revealed in his tweets that the major reason for postponing the movie to next year was because the team wanted to achieve world class standards when it comes to the VFX of the movie. He had tweeted this, “#BreakingNews: #2Point0 will NOT release in Diwali 2017… Team wishes to achieve world class standards in VFX… Now 25 Jan 2018 release…”.

Sonu Nigam-Azaan controversy

Sonu Nigam sent out one tweet where he said he can’t sleep because of the morning azaan from a nearby mosque, and blames it on forced religiousness. Though he later clarified that his tweet was against the use of loudspeakers rather than the religious practice, the improper framing of his tweet created a lot of controversy on social networking sites. One tweet suddenly became a huge religious debate, and people were either supporting his statement, or trolling him on Twitter. However, one Maulvi in West Bengal did something stupid that tilted the scale in Sonu’s favour – he issued a fatwa against the singer. He said he would reward anyone 10 lacs to shave off Sonu Nigam’s head.

Hilariously it was Sonu Nigam, himself, who took up the challenge, and in front of a bevy of journalists, asked his friend and hairstylist Aalim to shave off his head. Check out the full news here.
