Varun Dhawan, Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu’s Judwaa 2 hit the floors last month and after a small schedule in Mumbai, they have taken a break. The movie has been in the news since the beginning as it is the sequel to one of Salman Khan’s early hits – Judwaa. Varun will be seen stepping into the superstar’s shoes for the movie and while reports suggested that Salman would have a small cameo in the movie, we hear that there is something even more than that.

Salman won’t just have a cameo in Judwaa 2, he will also be recreating one of his iconic dance numbers in the movie along with the new starcast. While we don’t know if it is going to be Oonchi Hai Building or Tan Tana Tan, we are just excited on hearing that he will be dancing to either of these songs. As a source close to the movie revealed to Mumbai Mirror, “The plan is to give fans of the original movie a moment of nostalgia by showing him groove to his own song, but it’s yet to be decided which of the two songs he will appear in. The number will also feature the new leads, Varun Dhawan, Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu. The song will be filmed in a Mumbai studio once Varun and Taapsee are done with the upcoming 40-day UK schedule in April.”

When Varun was asked about Salman‘s part, he told the tabloid, “It’s a surprise, let it remain a surprise. People will be happy with it. All I can say is we are working on it. We are all aware it’s a big responsibility and we will try and do our best.” Anyway tell us how excited are you to see Varun and Salman groove to Oonchi Hai Building or Tan Tana Tan? In the meanwhile, Varun also opened up about reuniting with his dad – David Dhawan for Judwaa 2 (earlier they had worked together on Main Tera Hero). As he added, in an interview to the tabloid, “My father, didn’t launch me because he’s never launched anybody and he wouldn’t make an exception for me. He only took me (in Main Tera Hero) after my first film did well and he’s only making another film with me now after eight of my films have done well. That’s how my family thinks. I have seen the ups and downs my father went through in his career while I was growing up, I respect that.” With Judwaa 2 slated to release on September 29 this year, we can’t wait to see it.
