“All “conjectures” on my next directorial venture are completely untrue,” claims Karan Johar, to put rumours to rest at once. Thanks to his record-breaking directorial venture, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and the rapport of Ranbir Kapoor and Shah Rukh Khan in it, word of them teaming up with KJo popped up. Very recently, a report that perhaps SRK and Ranbir will be teaming up for a Johar venture came up, leaving us excited. It is believed that after ADHM, Karan was keen on signing up both the stars, thanks to the dynamics they brought about on the big screen. Apparently, he wanted to cast them in a lead role for his next directorial venture. However, the reports have been turned down by the filmmaker, who just took to Twitter to clarify the same. “All “conjectures” on my next directorial venture are completely untrue! Am still writing my next and will only cast it when I am done….” he tweeted.

Earlier, a source from Dharma Productions had also refuted the rumours stating that the duo was not coming together and that Ranbir has only been signed up for Ayan’s Dragon. “It’s a dream cast but unfortunately it’s not true. The rumours are baseless. Ranbir is doing only one film for Dharma as of now and that is Ayan Mukerji’s next,” said the source, dismissing the reports. Well, it is a dream cast that only KJo will be able to bring about together because he is in splendid terms with both of them and he has worked with them individually as well.

All the three celebrities are currently caught up with their own projects. While Ranbir is busy working on his body (for Dutt), Shah Rukh has Aanand L Rai’s upcoming project to look forward to. Johar, on the other hand, has way too many films in his kitty to produce. Drive, Dragon, Baahubali: The Conclusion and quite a few are projects he is producing. With such packed schedules, the three of them to team up for a project might not happen anytime soon. Damn, we will have to wait for a long time to see this dream cast come together. But it would be kickass if KJo does sign them, don’t you think?
