Earlier this month Hrithik Roshan had taken a dig Tommy Hilfiger for using his and his kids’ picture for an ad campaign. Now, according to HT Cafe, the founder Tommy Hilfiger himself has sent a written apology to the actor. Apparently after learning about the whole goof up he was very embarrassed and remorseful. A source has been quoted in the report as saying that, “Tommy immediately got in touch with Hrithik (after the episode). He wrote a letter to the actor and graciously owned up to the mistake by his brand’s team. He also said he was a fan Hrithik’s work, and asked for his forgiveness.” The source further added that Hrithik was impressed with Tommy’s humble and chivalrous letter. The source said, “What impressed Hrithik the most was the fact that Tommy owned up to the incident and elegantly sent a written apology.” HT Cafe also mentioned that Hrithik wrote back to the designer, “graciously accepting” the apology. When Hrithik was contacted by them, he confirmed the news but refused to speak in details about the letter.
For the uninitiated, Hrithik had posted an image of a Tommy Hilfiger ad that featured his both the sons and himself. He wrote, “Dear Tommy.I dont wear u, neither do my kids endorse u.If u hv lost ur spine I hv a great team 2help u find it.Please (hil)figure urself out” Also read: Kangana Ranaut revisits her fight with Hrithik Roshan:I was told if I open my mouth, I will be finished

On the work front after the success of Kaabil, Hrithik is yet to sign another film. He is also prepping up for his return as everyone’s favourite superhero Krrish for the third time in Krrish 4, which is up for a 2018-19 release.
