According to the latest update on Hansika ‘s Bogan, the movie now has a new release date – February 2. The movie has been pushed forward by a week to avoid clash with Suriya‘s Singam 3 that will now release on February 9. The comedy-action entertainer and the cop drama are two movies that have seen multiple release dates in the last few months. It was only last week, team Bogan had announced the movie will  be out on Feb 9 and that Suriya’s Singam 3 release date stood confirmed as 26th January. But considering the unrest situation Tamil Nadu witnessed at the beginning of week, the makers of Singam 3 decided to postpone the release for the third time. Soon after, they came out with Feb 9 as their new release date, which meant a clash with Hansika’s Bogan. But now, the clash been sorted as both films are releasing consecutively with a weeks gap in between. Bogan starring Hansika, Arvind Swamy and Jayam ravi is reportedly based on Nicholas Cage’s Face-off. Jayam and Arvind are coming together for the second time after Thani Oruvan, but this time both will play cops. Their bro-romance is one of the biggest highlights of Bogan. Their chemsitry has stolen even Hansika’s limelight. The movie seems to be a masala entertainment with typical elements of comedy, action and romance. The film has been directed by Lakshman. As for Suriya’s Singam 3, it’s the third installment of the popular cop franchise. This time along with Suriya, Anushka Shetty. the movie also stars Shruti Haasan. After taking on local goons, Durai Singam will now take on an international case. TV star Thakur Anoop Singh will have a face off with Suriya this time, as he takes on the villain’s role. He also happens to be making his debut in Tamil cinema with this film.
