As per the latest report by News18, The Madurai bench of the Madras High court has dismissed the petition by the Melur couple claiming Danush is their son. Prior to this, medical reports had also confirmed that Dhanush was not their son. The alleged elderly couple Kathiresan and Meenakshi had claimed that the actor had two birthmarks – a mole on his right collarbone, a scar on his right forearm. The judge then had issued an order to verify these marks. Dhanush tried to squash the petition then but the court had dismissed it. As per the medical reports, the doctor involved answered three critical questions – Does Dhanush have the claimed body marks? Is it possible to remove these body marks through surgery? If the removal surgery had been conducted, would there be any trace or proof? The answer cleared all doubts and speculation and confirmed that  Dhanush was indeed the son of R. Krishnamoorthy and K. Vijayalakshmi. He was born on 28th July, 1983. Also Read: Dhanush NOT the son of Madurai couple confirm medical reports
